I bought the PYLE 19in Monitor/DVD combo to keep my kids entertained on long road trips. After we had it installed we found out the monitor didn’t work so we sent it back ($50+ shipping we had to pay for) and got a new one. Got the 2nd one installed only to find out the DVD player wouldn’t read any discs and put nasty scratches on the discs that we tried to play. My husband and I and the installation tech tried to contact PYLE several times and got no answer and no return calls or email responses so we returned the 2nd one (again, another $50+ in shipping we had to pay for). Don’t waste your money or your time with this product – it’s a piece of junk! And after their lack of support, we’ll never buy another PYLE product again.
